Heritage Home provides a full range of high-quality, patient-focused rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy services, to residents. Our professional therapists work with residents, their families and facility staff members to increase patients’ level of functioning and improve their quality of life.

Transportation from our facility to outside medical appointments is not covered by the daily rate. However, the Heritage Home nursing staff can make arrangements for an ambulance or wheelchair van if a resident cannot secure transportation by car. For a small fee and with prior notice, a member of the nursing staff can accompany a resident to an appointment.

Heritage Home employs a certified activity professional who organizes and manages a wide variety of group and one-on-one therapeutic activities. She works closely with the health care team to make sure each resident’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met.
